Aerospace Firm Moves to Valencia from No. Hollywood; Good Vibe

Aerospace company Air Bolt Group of North Hollywood signed a 10-year lease in March for an 8,500 square foot building on Avenue Crocker in the Valencia Industrial Center. NAI Capital helped broker the deal. Additional terms of the lease were not disclosed. Air Bolt manufactures latches, struts, buts and bolts for commercial aircraft.

Hospital Expands into Facility for Therapy and Physical Fitness

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital today announced it will debut a new stand-alone Henry Mayo Fitness and Health facility designed to combine physical therapy and rehabilitation programs with a full service fitness center. Logix Federal Credit Union announces plans to move HQ to SCV

Logix Federal Credit Union — a longtime Burbank fixture with ties stretching back to the area’s aviation heyday — will relocate its headquarters to the Santa Clarita Valley, officials announced today.

 

The credit union, which has operated in Burbank for 78 years, confirmed its plans in an announcement Tuesday.

“After careful analysis of options that included alternate locations, as well as expansion on the current headquarters site, the Logix board determined the best long-term option is in the Santa Clarita Valley,” said Dave Styler, CEO of Logix, in a statement.

 

Founded as the Lockheed Aircraft Federal Credit Union in 1937 to serve employees of the aircraft company, the credit union has more than 150,000 members and more than $4 billion in assets, and currently has four branches in the Santa Clarita Valley.

California Resources Corp. To Add Santa Clarita Valley Office

California Resources Corp., which was formally owned by Occidental Petroleum, is announcing the move Monday.

“It’s going to be on Tourney Road,” said Holly Schroeder, executive director of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corp., which worked to facilitate the company’s relocation. “They’re taking 21,000 square feet (of commercial office space).”
