Lief Labs Expands Again in SCV

Lief Labs, a nutritional supplement manufacturing company, leased a 52,000 SF industrial building at IAC Commerce Center, adding to their 112,000 square-foot facility that houses their corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution center that they leased in October of 2018.

The property, located at 28790 Chase Place, features 1,630 square feet of office space, and a modern warehouse facility with 30’ clear height and 10 dock doors. Lief Labs occupied the new state-of-the-art space on October 1, 2020. Lief Labs was represented by Ashland Pacific. IAC Commerce Center was represented by John DeGrinis, SIOR, Patrick DuRoss, SIOR, and Jeff Abraham, SIOR of Newmark Knight Frank. 

Recognized on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies list, Lief Labs has been rapidly expanding for years. They originally started their business in 2008 in about 8,000 SF, then grew to over 30,000 SF in several buildings. They then consolidated their operations in a 47,000 square-foot facility on Industry Drive, after outgrowing their multiple units in the Valencia Industrial Center. In 2018 after further expansion, they moved to their new HQ on Avenue Paine in Valencia, CA.

Lief Labs has a growing staff of over 170 employees and is on track to double sales in 2020 during one of the toughest years of uncertainty and expansion risk. Despite this year's unique challenges, Lief has not shied away from investments into expansion.
