Employee Recruitment Services
 The Santa Clarita Valley WorkSource Center works with local businesses offering a variety of services from pre-screening candidates to available interview facilities and access to potentially Enterprise Zone eligible employees. All services at the WorkSource Center are offered to businesses and job seekers FREE of charge.
Employee Training Programs
 For over twenty years, the Employee Training Institute, a part of the College of the Canyons Economic Development Division, has provided affordable, customized training services to nearly 1,500 firms in a variety of industries. By conducting company assessments, ETI can create professional and organizational development courses and skills improvement seminars for your employees. Classes and services can be offered on site at your business or at one of ETI's training centers, on a schedule you create. And, because you are leveraging the resources of one of California's premier Community Colleges, costs are often significantly lower than conventional training options. Advanced technology companies need training partners that understand their business. The Santa Clarita Valley Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) located at College of the Canyons is specifically designed to meet the needs of advanced technology businesses in the region. An initiative of the California Community College's Economic and Workforce Development (CCCEWD) program, CACT is one of six Centers located across California with the mission of advancing the global competitiveness and innovation for advanced technology companies in California, through responsive workforce training and technical consulting services.
