 The NEW Santa Clarita Valley Enterprise Zone has been Approved!The Santa Clarita Valley Enterprise Zone program saves local businesses money! This leading state tax reduction program provides special tax incentives to qualified businesses that locate within SCVEZ, hire qualified employees, or make qualified purchases.
The Santa Clarita Valley Enterprise Zone encompasses commercial business and industrial-zoned land both within the City of Santa Clarita and in the surrounding unincorporated area. Most existing areas zoned for office, retail, high-tech, commercial, and industrial usage are within the boundaries SCVEZ.
